Leadership

Last night at book study, "7 Habits of Highly Effective Network Marketing Professionals",  we talked about synergy and Lynn, you complimented me about creating that within our team.  I want to say thank you for the compliment. s   We are creating synergy but it is not just coming from me, it is coming from each of you.  We have learned to listen first to understand and in that we have all become leaders.  Our jobs as leaders is to lead others through the steps that we are discussing so they too can have synergy within their teams and bring them into the larger team to feel that power that causes explosive growth. 

Yes, life ebbs and flows because of issues that come up or distractions that takes us away from our dreams.  Our goal as leaders is to always pull ourselves back in touch with that goal and our team members goals and keep the energy flowing.  This is the fun stuff of what we do, the stuff that makes this a fantastic business to be apart of.  And we are never alone!

I wanted to share these thoughts with all of you who are either leading a team or forming one.  You are all special, I see what you are capable of it and it is great!

Our next book, “Leaders Eat Last “ by Simon Sinick will take this synergy and share examples, share bad and good examples.  It will open our minds to understanding better our roles as leaders.  I look forward to rereading the book as we study it.  The study begins July 5^th at 7:30pm in our Zoom room.  Don’t miss it!
